Over the years GSI has designed and built turn-key glass fiber manufacturing factories in the USA, BAHRAIN, CHINA, CANADA and GERMANY.  In some of the projects GSI personnel were involved in support of site planning, environmental studies, permit processing along with its normal process engineering, equipment and construction supervision services.  In all cases GSI has been responsible for overall process design, engineering and training and in most cases supply of the majority of the process equipment.  In some cases of individual equipment, GSI has supplied the design and specifications for equipment and materials and the customer has made the actual purchase and installation of those items, but always with GSI supervision.

GSI has the experience to provide the turn-key support needed for your project and we look forward to working together.  GSI has particular strength in furnace design and fiber forming systems and within its support network top experts are available to support in bushing designs, size development, choppers, winders, chopped strand mat machines, etc.
